A Worms World is an illustrated children’s book that teaches kids all living things are important, even something as small as a worm. I wanted this to feel fun and silly given the subject matter. I chose to go with worms as the main character because they are bugs kids are familiar with wether it be from digging in the dirt or spotting them on the sidewalk after it rains. These little guys are the perfect combination slimey and silly.

I really enjoyed getting to doodle worms and learn about what goes into a children’s book. From the length needed to keep a kids attention to the preferred shape of the book itself.
